Dosage & administration:	Oral administration as directed by the physician For Osteoarthritis: 1500 mg once daily or 500 mg three times daily For temporomandibular joint (TMJ) arthritis: 500 mg three times daily
Adverse Reactions:	Undesirable effects which may occur due to glucosamine sulphate are - constipation, diarrhoea, drowsiness, headache, heartburn, nausea and rash.
Warning & precautions:	Due to lack of safety data glucosamine sulfate is not recommended to pregnant or breast-feeding women. interacts with Glucosamine sulfate to cause bruising and bleeding that can be serious. Hence co-administration is not recommended. Antidiabetic drugs interact with Glucosamine sulfate. Glucosamine may affect blood sugar and insulin levels hence monitoring is recommended for blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol level.
